Sessions paid for at time of scheduling. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, a notice of 48 hours is required. Cancellations w/ less than 48 hours notice will lose session payment. Refunds not given. Clients are limited to 2 reschedules per appointment.  Within 24 hours of scheduling first session, you will receive forms that must be completed & returned within 48 hours of appt. Failiure to return forms in time will result in cancellation w/out refund.
